Vintage Currier & Ives tin can collectible "American Homestead", Spring. Currier & Ives prints are honored as unique examples of Historical Americana. One side of the tin is spring, & the other side is fall. Vintage tin can collectible measures 14 1/2in. L by 11 1/2in. wide. Nathaniel Currier conceived them in 1835, as a means of illustrating news and events and American life overall, through his genius and that of James Ives, this vibrant segment of American History, 1835-1898, still vividly lives.
